Return a package :

You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt. If you return the product to us, we will ensure that the purchase price is credited to your account within 5 business days of receiving the return shipment.

Please ensure that the device and packaging are undamaged. In other words, handle the product with care and ensure that you pack it properly for return shipping.

Step 2: We’ll provide you with all the information you need to return your order.

Step 3: Once we receive the package, we’ll ensure the purchase amount is credited to your bank account within five business days.

Grizzly is of the highest quality, which is why we offer a 5-year warranty. If you notice any problems with your device, please return it to us for replacement or repair.
